My daughter lives on Edward Street in Burlington, Wisconsin. On Halloween trick or treaters swarm the neighborhood in their colorful costumes looking for candy. There Are literally hundreds of kids, some with their parents and older kids on their own. We live 5 minutes away and we’re lucky if a handful of kids come to our door. We usually head over to Edward street to take in the action and help hand out the goodies.
