I have loved Halloween since I was A kid. Free candy, costumes, ghost stories, parties, bean soup and cornbread, and bonfires ...what's not to like? My Halloween paintings are my biggest sellers in art prints. It surprises me how these subjects sell all year-round.. I always loved scary movies, creepy comics and weird tales magazine. I often feature my own kids as children in my Trick-or-treat paintings, now I'm including my grand children. To paraphrase something I saw on FaceBook recently; I told my mother I wanted to be an artist when I grew up, and she replied, "You're going to have to choose Tommy, you can't do both."
