Angel of the Lake

It was a time of mystery and magic as the mists parted and the crescent moon shone down on the ruins of the old abbey. The gnarled branches of the ancient oak trees claw at the luminous sky as night descends on the silent deserted lake. The stone statue of an angel is reflected above the stygian depths of the stagnant water.
